"Doing" All the Time Won't Fulfill You

What is it that makes you feel like you should be doing something all the time? Isn't your brain tired of being in "something bad might happen if I don't..... " mode all the time? You know that doesn't feel good. That "doing all the time" won't fulfill you. Being will. So many of my clients love how good it feels to turn off the worry and agitation and truly relax.

I'm Co-Authoring a book!

Several Hypnotists are getting together and writing what it is like to BE a hypnotist.  So few people think of hypnosis as a career and of those who do so many really need a role model for being successful.  Look for our book to first come out in e-book form.  I can't wait to see it and read what all the other authors have written.  The title isn't for sure yet, but it's going to be something like "7 Successful Hypnotists Show You How"   I'll announce more as I know.

Can't Get NO Satisfaction?

Let me share this one minute meditation that I was just inspired to do. Try it: Set a timer.

Close your eyes. Meditate on being full. Full inside to fully fully fully satisfied. Breath in and feel satisfied, breath out and feel fulfilled, rewarded, full of all you need to overflowing.

Keep repeating until your timer goes off. It's AWESOME.
