one with God, you know, more spiritually in touch. I know it’s a REALLY big goalLOL! Anyway…Every 28 minutes my timer vibrates and I begin doing a special spiritual meditation then one minute later the other one vibrates as a signal for me to stop and I forget about it and go on about my day until 28 minutes later when it goes off again!
Work on Whatever You Want Without a String on your Finger!
So all day every hour (or at any interval you want) you can do a visualization, affirmation,self-hypnosis, prayer, breathing technique, become present, relax those neck muscles or bring God into my day with a meditation, whatever you want to work on! The timer keeps going off every hour all day without resetting it!
Great For Increasing your Metabolism too
The one I like (see below) is only $19.95 and It is really made for interval training (working out) so you can use it for that
too. For instance, you can walk for 5 minutes and run for one for instance.
Also, you can use it to exercise one (or more)minute out of every hour of
the day if you want to up your metabolism too!
It also is very small about 2 inches by 1.5 inches. I had my mom sew me an elastic band and I have
it clipped on my ankle at vibrate. Noone knows when it goes offand/or that I am in prayer or meditation. It then goes off one and minute later and I return my mind to my daily activity. I LOVE LOVE LOVE
THIS THING!
Imagine if we had our clients get one and had them do an affirmation every hour about their issue?
There are several on the market but this one is rated the best from what I have seen. Click here to take you to the website, but keep in mind there are other interval timers also:
Hope you like it. Tell me if you can see the potential for this thing like I can or not.
Makes a great Gift for anyone with a New Year’s Resolution!

Susan found The Crossings in Austin, a spa set atop a beautiful hill overlooking Lake Travis. We saw the pictures on the site and Susan negotiated a discount (since it was a slow time) and off we went!
WHEN I FIND SOMETHING I LIKE….I LIKE TO TELL PEOPLE ABOUT IT!
The pictures on the website didn’t do this awesome place justice! It was gorgeous! They had walking trails, great food, a library, a scupture exhibit, beautiful views, a labarinth, a beautiful sanctuary, clasess such as yoga, a giant dream catcher to dream under and more!
The Spa offered all sorts of scrubs and massages. We opted for an orange blossom massage followed by a hot rock thingy and feet wrapped in herbal hot towels. Awesome! They also had a dry sauna, steam room and a big terrific hot tub. This place rocks and is all set in nature with birds, butterflys, squirrels, deer and more. We are definitely going back! It was, well, hypnotic!
So if you are looking for a vacation, meeting place for corporate events, a relaxing spa, outdoor beauty, a romantic get-a-way, a honey-moon, an excursion for the weekend, a place to hold a retreat, or just a reasonably priced gorgeous get a way in Texas hill country. This is the place.
Here is the link. You will just think you have died and gone to Texas heaven: http://www.thecrossingsaustin.com/about/
PS…other things a liked: Beautiful scuptures on the grounds, the best vegetarian entree’s I’ve ever had, great coffee, a large endlessly hot shower in the room with a bench in it, no phone or tv in the room, and most of all, un-snooty people running the place. This place is way more relaxed and down to earth than other spas I’ve heard about and been to. Really lovely place just built about 5 years ago.
Are you hypnotized yet?
Recently, a client came to see me and when I asked him why he was in my
listened to music and showed no substantial change.
Ulcerative colitis is is a disease that causes inflamation of the lining of the colon and rectum, is very painful and causes symptoms of abdominal pain and diarrhea.
The wonderful thing about hypnosis is that it works not only on Ulcerative colitis, but also is very effective on other “gut” and “bowel” issues such as irritable bowel syndrome and ulcers. From the stand point of hypnosis, the reason hypnosis works on physical illness is that the body and mind are connected.
Negative emotions that dont’ get resovled become subconscious as well as the thoughts that support them, and after a while as new emotions that are similar in nature add to that “cup” of turmoil there is a straw that breaks the camels back. When that happens we see physical disease, problems, or conditions.
For some people once they have a build up of negative emotion, they may experience the symptoms of Ulcerative collitis and for others it may be migraines or something like asthma. Negative emotions held subconsciously are stressful to the body, but hypnosis can help you uncover these emotions and help you nuetralize them so they no longer cause problems.

There is so much to get from overcoming something. You might feel like you have nothing left fo fight with or for, but don’t give up. You might feel like you are inherently flawed, but do not give up. You might feel like you. Are not good enough and never will be. You might feel like there is just something so wrong with you. You might feel so empty and lonely that your heart and stomach aches. You might hate yourself for doing something once again that you promised you wouldn’t do. You might feel ashamed and stupid. You might feel like no one will ever love you. You might feel so physically sick or tired that you don’t want to go on but don’t give up.
