How to Keep Weight off Once you Lose it

We help clients not only lose weight, but also, keep the weight off.  And we teach hypnosis students and hypnosis professionals how to do that.  In fact, just recently I wrote an article on  this subject, and I thought that you might like to read it.  Because it doesn’t matter how you lose the weight, whether it is with hypnosis or by some other means, if you want to keep it off you need to have a play.  So I hope you enjoy my article which is written for hypnosis professionals, but anyone can get something out of it.  This is part one.  Don’t miss part two when we get into this more deeply.  I’ll post that in the next quarter or so.
